Staffing all four AAS branches has become increasingly challenging in recent years, both in terms of recruitment and efficiency. This has unfortunately led to periods of unplanned branch closures, and we truly appreciate how disruptive this has been for you.

To provide you with greater consistency, improved emergency care, and access to a wider range of services, we will be consolidating our team across three branches, with the Abbeydale site acting as our principal centre.

What this means for you

• You will continue to be fully supported by our remaining three branches, with Abbeydale located just 2 miles away.
• Your pet’s records will remain easily accessible, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• You will receive the same compassionate, professional service from the same happy team you know and trust.
• We remain committed to your pet’s preventative health and will continue to provide our Health Plan at all other branches.

Why we are making this change

By bringing our team together across three locations, we will be able to:

• Manage emergencies more efficiently, reducing the impact on other clients while ensuring urgent cases receive timely care.
• Offer more appointment availability overall, including an expanded range of nurse and veterinary appointments.
