We are a busy, multi-site, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice based in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside. For over 25 years, we’ve been committed to providing top-quality care for small animals, ensuring they stay happy and healthy.

At our core, we focus on delivering the highest standards of clinical care and patient welfare. We’re always striving for clinical excellence while fostering a supportive, positive learning environment for our team! We have silver cat friendly accreditation at 3 of our branches, and we also have Cat Friendly Ambassadors.

Our diverse caseload includes many challenging cases, and we pride ourselves on working up a lot of cases in-house. Our experienced team of vets and nurses provide strong clinical support, and several of our vets are working towards or have completed certificates in surgery, imaging, and exotics. We also have visiting Advanced Practitioners and Certificate holders in orthopaedics and cardiology, which means there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with more complex cases.

Exotic animals are a big part of our work, and we’re actively expanding this area. Dentistry is another key focus for us – we have dedicated dental champions, encourage dental x-rays for all relevant cases, and promote excellent preventative care.

We hold regular innovation days where our team comes together to discuss cases, review clinical quality, and refine protocols, all with the aim of continually improving patient care.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at work, and with lovely parks nearby, lunchtime walks are a great perk!

Our team is friendly, welcoming, and always supportive of graduates, providing extra time for consultations and case workups. We allow new team members to learn and progress at their own pace, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their role.

Mental health is a top priority for us. We have a number of mental health first aiders on the team and a separate upstairs breakroom where you can relax. We also hold morning tea breaks and team bonding socials. We foster a culture where everyone feels safe to talk openly about their mental wellbeing. Additionally, we have experience supporting neurodiverse associates and are proactive in offering tailored support where needed.
